Personal opinion:
The days lost is the first book of a trilogy based on this curious and quirky character, Emily, or also called throughout the novel, tailed. In the first pages live the total bewilderment of Emily, as it is in an unknown people with unknown people and where not remember anything, not why it's there, or his name. Nothing .
Gradually, and through research of Emily, is discovering things that are taking the right path. Although in that way people know the most rare and varied: as Attikol , Jakie or waitress, Cuervo, who is unable to utter more than two sentences in a coherent and did not talk about what it is able to hold a conversation.
With a great puzzle to solve, together with four cats and making lists of 13 items whenever possible, accompanied Emily on her quest to know who is and who does in Blackrock.
With a fast pace and entertaining a strange story Emily The Strange is a book that helps a lot as a "disconnect" to everything that is today juvenile novels (wolves, vampires, fairies, angels, dystopias, etc) . Also, at first seemed to me a book rather "childish", but as progress was seen in reading Emily's mind was totally awesome and that girl has some wonderful ideas, truth, and an imagination.
A recommended book to read among many others, which gives us a different look to all current and also let us get a laugh on more than one time.
What do you think of the review? Did you read the book? Did you like? Do not you like? I hope your opinions:)
Besos! And happy Sunday ^ ^ 3
